They answered the phone in person, checked out my car in less than an hour, and gave me good options. By morning it was fixed (would have been sooner but had to wait for part) and the results are great, I have more that needs to be fixed but they allowed me to choose the repairs instead of fixing without asking then charging. For the quickness, straightforward info, friendliness, and one year guarantee, I will def be back. Thank you Chris!

I am recently widowed and I am a women with no knowledge of cars. Oceanworks was recommended to me so I tried them. First of all I didn't wait in any line, I had an appointment and went right into the office. In a few min. I was on my way with a good feeling. I was extremely impressed by Chris when I stopped in last week. I had a problem with my headlights, and after making the time to fit me in same day, he checked it out and quickly determined it was something far simpler than I thought. He told me what to do and said the visit was free of charge. Although short and simple, it was extremely generous of him not to charge, and his customer service and knowledge was fantastic. I will absolutely trust to go to him with any future problems I may have with my Kia.

They picked up the phone when I called (not taken for granted!) and serviced our vehicle (oil change, new brake rotors and pads, battery) within hours.
