They probably do good work, but their customer service is horrible. I made an online appointment for my 2019 Nissan Leaf, then they confirmed and cancelled within 15 minutes. Gave me a number to call, and I did, they didn't answer it went to voicemail, I left a message, and no one ever returned my call. I had to call a different number, and they admitted they booked the appointment and then cancelled it because they were "too busy" , why book it in the first place? Again, they might do good work, but I will never know.

This is our first time working with Oceanworks. Everyone was extremely helpful and well informed. I feel that the staff was on our side, coming up with very helpful suggestions.. Now we have a first-hand experience which echoes all the great reviews I've read. Oceanworks is a definite 5 star rating!

I've been going to Oceanworks for over 30 years. They always do what is necessary, and no more. Their prices are similar to a dealer, but the service is much more personal.

As usual Oceanworks did an excellent job. Their estimate was on the money and the job was finished promptly. A word of note, Oceanworks is not the least expensive mechanics around, but then you get what you pay for and you always get your money's worth at Oceanworks
