Wanted to charge me $600 for to back brakes price of brakes $85 I changed him in one hour I’m not a mechanic said they were at 25% at least 3540% my total cost $85 if I charge $175 an hour and worked at Ocean Works my total cost would be something like $265 for the two brakes I ask you where is the family good business and etiquette of people nowadays Engine light came on before I could even get smog so basically I paid $1200 for one spark plug

Fixed broke spark plug work was fine got engine light off.. recommended I get my back brakes fixed told me only 2% left on the break decided to do it myself remove the brake pads had 40% not 2% lug nuts I took off very easy off the tire on the back which dad checked left my Lugnuts not tight very dangerous glad i Found it extremely overpriced although I am from Vallejo now now Berkeley

Still my place to go for Toyota service, even though Angus & Natalie no longer own it. Dylan and Shelby were very helpful, and they were patient with all of my questions. Automotive repairs are expensive, especially in the Bay Area, but at least at Oceanworks I can trust that they’re done right.

Vehicle was in for routine oil change appointment. Everyone was polite and service was completed on time. They are busy so a future appointment is needed to diagnose an instrument console issue which I am confident they can tackle.

We have been bringing our cars here for service for more than 20 years. Always a positive experience. Highly recommended.

They did a radiator replacement on my RAM ProMaster van and everything they touched was sparkling clean after the job was done. High quality service on a reasonable time frame, never felt ignored or misled in any way when dealing with them. Cost is a little on the high side but that's to be expected for the area.

Friendly. Appears to have done a great job. Honest; the broke something by accident and repaired it quickly. So that was supercool. I’ll be back.
