Solid shop. Excellent communication. The service writers inspire trust. They know I want to keep my old Honda Pilot in top condition and they help me do that. Auto service is a very tough business. They manage it with competence and humility.

My new go-to repair shop! I had a problem with my older Toyota Tacoma that the dealer didnt know how to fix. Then over at Oceanworks, not only did the service manager explain to me various options and recommend a solution, but suggested another direction when plan A didnt work out. Plus, he didnt charge me for the part that they had to special order but ended up not using -- really appreciate that. All told, the whole job cost me only a little more at Oceanworks than the dealer charged just to LOOK at the problem. It's hard to find mechanics who are honest and straightforward and so glad to know they still exist at Oceanworks. Friendly and professional as well. Will be going to Oceanworks in the future.
