Chris is informative and helpful. I have taken 3 different vehicles here for repair and each time I have been happy with the fine job they did. The labor prices are a little high, but I think they need to be in order to support good mechanics so I am not complaining.

I have a Town and Country minivan purchased from Michael Steads Chrysler and Jeep dealership in Richmond. When the battery was replaced the radio,cd player and back up camera stopped working . I went to the dealership for help. They checked the fuses and they were okay. They told me the entire system needed to be replaced because AAA did something wrong during the battery change. The part was around $1200 plus labor. I was shocked and I couldn't possibly afford it. I asked a number of auto repair people if they had ever heard of this and no one had. At the advice of Bill at Mobility Systems I went to Oceanworks II .Chris spent time researching solutions and hour later he simply removed the battery and installed it again.PROBLEM SOLVED! Chris was so kind and so helpful and I left with an enormous smile on my face. The people at Oceanworks II are awesome and ethical, something I can't say about Michael Stead's dealership.
